あと９年以上も、アメリカ海兵隊は（世界一危険な）普天間基地を使うつもりのようです。ただこれは、あくまでも海兵隊（米軍）内部での計画のようです。
アメリカという国は軍と連邦政府が別立てなので、連邦政府がどういう意向なのかまではこれだけではよくわかりません。が、連邦政府や議会レベルだと、「グアムで十分」という意見が主流らしいです。
「グアムへの海兵隊全面移転」という合衆国大統領の政治決断が必要な時期に来ています。
In more than 9 more, it also seems that U.S. Marines will use a Futenma base.(It’s a dangerous best in the world.) But,this seems to be a plan at the interior of Marine Corps (U.S. forces) freely thoroughly.
In the USA , an army and a federal government are separate. So a country called the United States doesn’t know well what kind of will a federal government is only with this. But if they’re a federal government and the assembly , the opinion to which I say “Guam is enough.” seems to be the mainstream.
Political decision of U.S. president as “full move of Marine Corps to Guam” has come necessary time.
